PUMPKIN OATMEAL BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE - NUTRIWELL INDIA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup dry rolled oats 1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1 frozen banana 3 to 5 pitted dates, or to taste 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger pinch of nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 cup ice

DIRECTIONS:

 

  • Place the rolled oats in a high powered blender and pulse once or twice to grind the oats to a coarse powder. Add in the remaining ingredients in the order listed and pulse until smooth. Add more milk to thin, if desired.
