- Fresh spinach leaves- 3-5
- Apple- 1 medium
- Yogurt- 1 katori
- Soaked chia seeds- 1 tsp
- Peel the skin of the apple.
- In a blender, add peeled apple and spinach, blend them together
- Add yoghurt and water to the blender and blend to make smoothie.
- Add chia seed on the top, serve chilled.
