The ingredients of egg white sandwich are:
- Multi grain bread - 2 slices
- Egg whites - 2 no.
- Onion - 1 small [finely chopped]
- Coriander - 2 tsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilies - 1 no. [finely chopped]
- Grated carrot - 2 tsp.
- Capsicum - 2 tsp finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder- ¼ tsp.
- Oil - ½ tsp
- To make omelette break two egg separate the yolk from the white.
- Add grated carrot, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilies, capsicum and coriander whisk it.
- Add salt, pepper powder mix it well. Heat a nonstick pan add 1/ tsp oil add egg white prepare omelette.
- Toast the bread add egg white omelette in between make a sandwich.
- Serve hot.
