INGREDIENTS
- Papaya- 5-6 meduim cubes
- Plain low-fat yoghurt- 150g
- Soaked chia seeds- 1 tsp
- Water- 1/4 cup (if required)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the papaya into cube pieces.
- Put the papaya cubes and yoghurt and blend the mixture into appropriate consistency, can add water to make a fine puree, as per desired consistency.
- Serve and enjoy this delightful smoothie.
