The spinach omelet is very beneficial to health.Hence, it is recommended to include spinach omelet in our diet.

The ingredients of spinach omelet are:


  • 2 eggs (egg white)
  • 1 cup Spinach or palak chopped
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • ½ tsp ginger minced
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • ¼ tsp cumin seed
  • ¼ oregano
  • 2 pinch black pepper
  • Salt as per taste



  • Break the eggs to a bowl (egg white only). Add chopped spinach, coriander leaves, onion, salt, cumin seed, ginger, turmeric and green chilli.
  • Heat a non stick pan pour the mixture evenly.
  • If neede spread the spinach over the egg. Book on low heat until the base is set and firm.
  • Flip it and cook untill the eggs are cooked completely.
  • Serve spinach omlette hot.
