The spinach omelet is very beneficial to health.Hence, it is recommended to include spinach omelet in our diet.
The ingredients of spinach omelet are:
- 2 eggs (egg white)
- 1 cup Spinach or palak chopped
- ½ cup coriander leaves
- 1 green chilli chopped
- ½ tsp ginger minced
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- ¼ tsp cumin seed
- ¼ oregano
- 2 pinch black pepper
- Salt as per taste
- Break the eggs to a bowl (egg white only). Add chopped spinach, coriander leaves, onion, salt, cumin seed, ginger, turmeric and green chilli.
- Heat a non stick pan pour the mixture evenly.
- If neede spread the spinach over the egg. Book on low heat until the base is set and firm.
- Flip it and cook untill the eggs are cooked completely.
- Serve spinach omlette hot.
