- 4 cups assorted cut up fresh vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, onion, carrot, zucchini, summer squash, bell pepper and/or green beans)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (such as basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme and/or parsley)
- Salt, if desired
- Pepper, if desired
How to make
Place cut vegetables and water in bowl; cover. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Drain.
Add herbs, salt and pepper, if desired. Toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
