INGREDIENTS
- Whole wheat or multigrain bread 1 slice
- Milk 2 tsp
- Onions, chopped 10g
- Tomato, chopped ½ medium
- Boiled corn (optional) 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli chopped 1 small
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the milk,onions,tomatoes,corn,mustard powder,green chillies, pepper and salt and keep aside.
- Toast the bread slice in the toaster on both sides till it is golden brown.
- Spread the prepared mixture on each toasted slice.
- Grill in an oven at 175°c (350°f).
- Serve hot with mint coriander chutney.
