- Split Bengal Gram Sprouts- 2 tbsp
- Onion, sliced -½ medium
- Tomato, sliced -½ medium
- Garlic, minced -½ tsp
- Green Chilli, chopped-1
- Whole wheat bread -2 slices
- Cumin Powder -½ tsp
- PavBhaji Masala -¼ tsp
- Salt-to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Take split bengal gram sprouts, garlic, green chilli in a bowl.
- Season with cumin powder, pavbhaji masala, rock salt and mix. Mash together for the stuffing.
- Place onion, sprouts stuffing and tomato on a slice of bread.
- Sprinkle little salt and place another slice of bread. Spicy sprouts sandwich is ready!
