- Green/red apple- 1 medium
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp (optional)

- In a blender add cucumber, apple, salt, and black pepper powder and lemon juice. Blend them together until it becomes smooth. Pour the prepared juice in a glass and chill for half an hour before serving.
